Since Monday, May 16, I have started a rebalancing of my diet to regain my fitness weight: 56 kilos. The more days pass, the better I feel, not consuming starch has never been easier. For the gourmet that I am, my cravings for sweetness have greatly decreased, the 2 squares of dark chocolate at the snack are enough to satisfy me until dinner time.

Moreover, dark chocolate (70 and 85%) contains a large quantity of flavonoids, antioxidants with numerous properties, including the prevention of cardiovascular disease, hypertension and type 2 diabetes. But since cocoa is caloric and fat, it is better to consume it in moderation. Three dark chocolate squares provide 10% of the daily iron requirements. Cocoa is also a source of phosphorus, magnesium, zinc and copper. So get to your tablets!


I have regained energy and motivation, I now go to the gym 4 times minimum/week where I do 1H30 sessions ( 20′ mountain bike program, 15′ ecliptic, 20′ abdominal/bagging, 10′ gluteus, 10′ for back strengthening, 10′ for adductors). It is important to keep your body firm because losing weight without exercising will not give you the same result in the end.

Assessment after 15 days -3 kilos, the efforts pay off despite some differences ( barbecue’)!

We are going on holiday very soon I am delighted to have got rid of these 3 kilos and I still have the last one left to reach my final goal!
